Accountability
Accountability
The Hebron Police Department is committed to providing professional, honest police services in partnership with our community. Accountability and transparency are essential to maintaining trust and ensuring we remain a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and visit.
We take all complaints seriously. Each concern is reviewed and investigated thoroughly, fairly, and objectively. Our goal is to ensure our actions align with our standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and uphold the integrity of our department.
Please note: this process is intended to address legitimate concerns about employee conduct or service—not to challenge the outcome of court proceedings or legal decisions.
To file a formal complaint, please complete this form, or stop in to the police department to speak with someone in person.
